How to prepare for International call center interview?

Many fresher or experienced will face trouble in attending interview if they wish to grow in their career or get a new job in call center industry. To be honest call center which may be inbound or out bound either technical or non-technical will ask for Good English only. So if you have a good English with non-regional biased or non-mother tongue influence is enough.

Other than technical call center if they have hard core technical process rest of the process expect Th pass of 10+2 with good English and willing to work in night shift or staggered shift if they have customers outside India.

Now the question is what the interview in call center consists of?

Generally you may be asked to explain about your education background if you are fresher or asked to brief about your education back ground.

Later you might be given a demo script to give a demo call. In this stage the company wish to know how best you can take-up call. if you are from an experienced back ground you will be asked to give a mock call of the process you might be running.

Dont get tensed just read out or mock-up like how you take to the customers in your live call. They just want to test your English and will evaluate your usage of English language like your pronunciation. This neednt be US ascent but pure clear English.

One need to be as slow in giving call as possible as US client cannot understand fast English.

if you are able to given good mock call you will get qualified.
