Job Description

 

The ideal candidate will be available for work in Covina, CA from 9am to 12noon Monday-Friday

-Someone who enjoys taking a supportive role in an office environment, multi-tasking and organizing
-Good organizational skills
-Common sense understanding how to prioritize tasks
-Ability to complete tasks efficiently 
-Excellent computer and communication skills
-Enthusiastic attitude ready to problem solve any variable
-Independent spirit capable of pressing forward with little guidance
-Analytical, detail oriented and highly organized with some prior professional administrative role office experience

Tasks to be performed include:
-Answering phone calls
-Responding to incoming email
-Setting appointments
-Filing paperwork
-Maintaining databases
-Processing Real Estate data entry for listings, transactions, working with marketing materials and administering routine communication with clients.
